National Student Loans Stupid Centre

It's supposed to be "Service" Centre, but Terra made the appropriate change after they took money from our account when they weren't supposed to. Again. Because they couldn't figure out how to process our application for interest relief on time. Again. Because they thought they were missing information that they've had for five years!! (How they could have possibly thought that, we're not sure). And after rounds and rounds of frustrating phone calls (again!) they finally acknowledged that yes, they did mess up, and we can "apply" to get our money back. How generous of them. Hopefully this time that part will go more smoothly than last time. Sigh....

Other than that, life is going well, though!
